Policies & Legal
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sicario, we build machines engineered for power and performance. If your ride isn’t exactly what you expected, we want to make it right. Review our return, warranty, shipping, and legal terms below.
Returns & Exchanges
1. The 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup to initiate a return or exchange for a Sicario bicycle. Requests made after 14 days do not qualify for a return or refund.
2. Return Conditions & Criteria
To be eligible for a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees), the bicycle must be returned in showroom condition:
- Unridden & Clean: The bike must be entirely free of tire wear, dirt, scratches, or any signs of outdoor road use.
- Original Packaging: The bike must be packed securely in its original box with all protective factory foam, inserts, manuals, tools, and components intact.
- Electronics & Battery (For E-Models): The battery must not have undergone any unauthorized charging cycles, and keys, chargers, and digital displays must be returned entirely undamaged. The odometer must read less than 2 total miles from initial testing.
3. Freight, Shipping, & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping: Due to the weight and oversized nature of high-performance bikes, customers are responsible for return freight costs. We can issue a prepaid freight shipping label, and the actual cost of shipping (typically ranging from $100–$250 depending on your region) will be deducted from your final refund.
- Restocking Fee: A standard 15% restocking fee applies to all returned bikes to cover professional diagnostic testing, safety inspection, and repackaging by our technicians.
- Packing Responsibility: Damage incurred during return transit due to improper packing is the customer’s sole financial responsibility. We strongly recommend using the original factory packing layout.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or process refunds for:
- Bikes that have been modified, tuned, or altered from factory specifications.
- Damage resulting from accidents, drops, stunting, or improper assembly by the customer.
- Custom-ordered color lines, personalized builds, or items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate Your Return
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Days 1–14. Contact our support team at Support@sicario.com with your original order number and invoice. Unauthorized returns without an approved RMA will be rejected at our warehouse.
- Box the Bike Securely: Pre-shipping. Break down the bike carefully and pack it into its original box. Ensure the frame, chain, and core power components are securely wrapped with the original protective packaging to prevent shifting during freight travel.
- Ship to the Inspection Facility: Transit. Affix our provided freight shipping label to the outside of the box and arrange for carrier pickup or drop-off at an authorized freight center.
- Technical Inspection & Refund: 5–7 Business Days. Once the package arrives at our facility, our technicians will conduct a full physical and diagnostic inspection. Upon approval, your refund (minus freight and restocking fees) will be processed back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your Sicario bike arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, do not ride it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the bike, and we will expedite a replacement or repair at zero cost to you.
Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 14, 2026
Welcome to Sicario. This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms”) is a legally binding contract between Sicario LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “customer,” “you,” or “your”), governing your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, mobile applications, and the purchase, ownership, or operation of any Sicario products, including high-performance electric bicycles, vehicles, components, and acoustics gear (collectively, the “Services” and “Products”).
BY ACCESSING OUR SERVICES, PURCHASING A PRODUCT, OR OPERATING A SICARIO VEHICLE, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR SERVICES OR OPERATING OUR PRODUCTS.
1. Eligibility & Safety Acknowledgement
By purchasing or operating a Sicario vehicle, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), possess the physical capability, mechanical understanding, and legal right to operate high-performance electric vehicles, and assume full responsibility for verifying and complying with all local, state, federal, and municipal laws, ordinances, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding street-legality, speed thresholds, wattage restrictions, and helmet laws in your operating jurisdiction.
2. Product Orders, Specifications, and Pricing
We strive to display our product specifications, motor outputs, battery configurations, and color palettes as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or digital renderings are entirely error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product, component, or color line at any time without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion, including bulk orders that appear to violate wholesale distribution policies or authorized dealer agreements.
3. Assumption of Risk & Inherent Danger
CRITICAL WARNING: Operating high-performance electric vehicles, motorized bikes, and high-velocity machinery involves inherent risks of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and death. By purchasing or operating a Sicario product, you explicitly acknowledge that you are engaging in a high-risk activity. You voluntarily, knowingly, and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with the assembly, maintenance, storage, charging, and operation of the vehicle, including but not limited to risks arising from mechanical failure, terrain conditions, weather, collisions, electrical battery failure, or the negligence of any party.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sicario LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use; or personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, modification, tuning, or operation of any Sicario product. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the actual dollar amount paid by you to us for the specific product causing the dispute.
5. Customer Modifications & Warranty Voidance
Sicario vehicles are engineered as precise, integrated systems. Any unauthorized aftermarket modification, tampering with electrical governors, altering of the drive chain configuration, upgrading the hub motor voltage beyond factory specifications, or using unapproved third-party batteries or controllers is strictly prohibited. Any such modification immediately voids all applicable factory warranties and releases the Company from any liability resulting from subsequent product failure, accidents, or electrical hazards.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, logos (including the Sicario name and dragon/street insignia), text, graphics, proprietary engineering designs, mechanical configurations, website code, and trade dress are the exclusive intellectual property of Sicario LLC and its licensors. You are granted no license or right to replicate, counterfeit, distribute, or commercially exploit our trademarks, patents, or copyrighted materials without explicit, written executive authorization.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sicario LLC, its affiliates, licensees, and independent contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse, improper storage, or negligent operation of a Sicario vehicle or product; your violation of any local, state, or federal law or regulation regarding vehicle operation; your breach of any provision within these Terms of Service; or any third-party injury or property damage caused by a vehicle registered or owned by you.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Mandatory Arbitration)
This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and the Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the purchase and operation of the Products will be settled by binding, individual arbitration rather than in a court of law. YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. This agreement constitutes the entire legal contract between you and us regarding your use of Sicario products.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: June 14, 2026
Thank you for choosing Sicario. Because our vehicles are high-performance machines equipped with industrial-grade powertrains and specialized lithium-ion battery configurations, they require specialized freight handling. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our strict protocols, transit timelines, and liability boundaries. By completing a purchase on our platform, you explicitly agree to the terms and constraints detailed below.
1. Shipping Methods & Carrier Hand-Off
All Sicario bicycles and e-vehicles are shipped completely protected in heavy-duty crates or heavy-ply boxes via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers (e.g., FedEx Freight, Estes, R&L Carriers). Due to the high value and specialized nature of our products, all vehicle deliveries require a direct physical adult signature (18+) upon delivery. The freight carrier will not, under any circumstances, leave a vehicle unattended, on a doorstep, or with a minor. Once your shipment reaches your local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. Failure to respond or coordinate a delivery window within 48 hours may result in carrier storage fees or the shipment being returned to our facility at your expense.
2. Fulfillment Timelines & Ground Transit
Standard stock orders are processed and prepared for freight pickup within 3 to 5 business days. Custom color lines, personalized builds, or pre-order allocations will follow the specific production timeline clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Standard domestic freight transit typically takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your geographical region. While we work exclusively with top-tier logistical networks, Sicario is not liable for transit delays caused by carrier network congestion, severe weather events, customs processing, labor strikes, or mechanical infrastructure failure. Shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates, not legal guarantees.
3. Shipping Restrictions & Legal Compliance
Our high-voltage battery packs are legally classified as Class 9 Hazardous Materials. Due to strict FAA federal aviation laws, all vehicles must travel via ground freight only. Air-freight or expedited overnight shipping is not legally available. We ship to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international territories requires custom freight forwarding quotes and explicit approval from our logistics team before an order can be completed. Because our products travel via major commercial freight liners, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Crucial Inspection Protocol & Transit Damage
IMPORTANT: YOUR RECOURSE FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE EXPIRES UPON SIGNING THE CARRIER DOCUMENTATION. Every Sicario machine leaves our facility after passing a rigorous 100% quality-assurance inspection. Once the carrier takes possession, physical liability shifts to the carrier. You must follow this inspection protocol exactly:
- Visually Inspect the Box/Crate: Before signing. When the truck arrives, inspect the exterior packaging before the driver leaves and before you sign anything. Look closely for fork-lift punctures, crushed corners, open bands, or deep gouges.
- Document with Photography: Immediate action. If you spot any structural compromise to the box, take clear, high-resolution photos from multiple angles immediately, showing the damage relative to the carrier’s truck or labels.
- Note Damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL): If there is visible damage, you must write “DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL” or “SUBJECT TO INTERNAL INSPECTION” on the driver’s delivery slip or digital keypad before signing. If the package is severely destroyed, refuse the delivery entirely and write “Refused Due to Damage” on the slip.
- Report to Sicario Support: Within 48 hours. Notify our logistics team at shipping@sicario.com with your order number, photos of the box, and a copy of the noted BOL. Failure to note damage on the delivery slip releases the carrier and Sicario from liability for cosmetic or structural transit damage.
5. Address Changes, Redirection, & Failed Deliveries
For security and fraud prevention, address modifications requested after an order has cleared processing cannot be accommodated. Please verify your exact shipping credentials before finalizing payment. If a shipment must be rerouted or intercepted mid–transit due to a customer’s input error, a carrier-imposed rerouting fee (typically $75–$150) will be charged to the customer before the change is authorized. If a carrier makes multiple failed attempts to contact you or deliver your vehicle within their standard holding window, or if you refuse a perfectly intact shipment without authorization, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment hub. The original freight cost, the return freight cost, and our standard 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from your final refund.
6. Stolen Shipments & Missing Parcels
Our tracking data serves as the official legal proof of delivery. Once the freight carrier records a signed delivery at your designated address, the risk of loss completely passes to you. Sicario is not financially responsible for theft, mysterious disappearance, or unauthorized access to the vehicle after a successful, signed delivery has been executed by the carrier.

All corporate correspondence, formal legal notices, and service of process must be directed to our designated registered agent or our primary corporate handling address.
2. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice
The name Sicario, its stylized typography, the proprietary corporate crest (including all dragon and street-inspired insignias), product model names, trade dress, slogans, and marketing copy are protected trademarks and intellectual property assets of Sicario LLC, with federal registration protections filed and maintained under the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Furthermore, all physical vehicle engineering, mechanical layouts, battery integrations, rear hub motor configurations, structural frames, and audio component designs are proprietary trade secrets or patented works. Any unauthorized replication, industrial counterfeiting, parallel importing, or commercial exploitation of these assets without explicit, executed written authorization from Sicario LLC is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under federal intellectual property statutes to the fullest extent of civil and criminal law.
3. Regulatory Licensing & Authorized Operations
Sicario LLC operates as an authorized licensee and distribution entity for high-performance mobility lines. The operation, modification, distribution, and wholesale placement of these units adhere to strict compliance frameworks. Recipients, wholesale procurement buyers, and commercial retail affiliates are hereby notified that product distribution rights are governed by binding contractual dealer covenants and regional licensing restrictions. Any unauthorized redistribution or resale on unapproved secondary digital marketplaces constitutes a material breach of trade terms.
4. General Liability & Safety Disclaimer
Sicario vehicles are specialized, high-performance machines equipped with high-output drivetrains, chain systems, and high-voltage lithium-ion electrical frameworks. All performance thresholds, top speeds, and range metrics publicized by the Company are calculated under optimal laboratory testing variables and are provided solely for informational and comparative purposes. Actual operational output depends heavily on operator weight, terrain variations, and environmental factors. Sicario LLC explicitly disclaims all liability for structural modifications, digital performance tuning, or aftermarket governor tampering executed by end-users. Operating these units carries inherent physical risks; operators assume full responsibility for complying with municipal, state, and federal transport ordinances, including street-legality thresholds, helmet mandates, and age restrictions.
5. Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice, along with any external legal interactions, transactions, or disputes arising directly or indirectly from the acquisition or operation of Company products, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. Any formal litigation or dispute resolution proceedings not explicitly captured by a separate mandatory arbitration covenant shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
6. Statutory Updates & Severability
We reserve the right to amend, update, or rescind any section of this Legal Notice at our sole discretion to maintain strict alignment with moving regulatory frameworks. If any provision within this notice is deemed invalid, void, or legally unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining clauses.
